Overcoming Resistance: Don’t Believe Every Thought You Have

Often times when I sit down to write, resistance shows up. And in full form.

The idea of writing sounds great. I’m inspired by an idea, I’ve probably mulled it over for a while, and I proceed to open the blank page.

However, when I do, something strange happens. The thoughts don’t come pouring out.
